Cheryl Stone
Cheryl Stone is the founder and Principal of Core Alliance Group, LLC, a professional services company that inspires workplace partnerships through integrated, refreshed, and progressive business solutions. With over 30 years of implementing lean management principles in all aspects of operations and people practices, she saw an opportunity to work with organizations as a strategically placed subject matter expert and trusted intermediary for business-critical functions for businesses. Cheryl has a relentless dissatisfaction with the status quo.
Before devoting her work full-time to the Core Alliance Group, she worked in several roles, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President Global HR and Administration for privately held and publicly traded organizations in several industries, including professional services, cyber, healthcare, logistics and transportation, utilities and state agencies, both globally and domestically.
Cheryl enjoys a passion for teaching and served as an advisory board member for Marriott Business School at BYU and as an adjunct faculty member in the Business Law program for BYU Idaho and graduate course at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. She holds a Juris Doctorate, MBA in Administration/Human Resources, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Business Administration. She is actively certified as SPHR, SHRM-SPC, with prior active certifications as a certified payroll professional (CPP) and mediation.
